Sabrina Newby

I provide a private, non-judgmental environment where you can explore challenges at your own pace, free from assumptions.
As an integrative counsellor, I use a blend of therapeutic methods such as Humanistic, Attachment-based, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Existential to best suit your needs. Psychoeducation is offered to clarify behaviours and approaches as needed.
I regard you as the expert in your story and offer gentle support to help you understand your emotions. The restorative relationship is central to achieving meaningful change and fulfilment.

I provide support to adults aged 18 and above who are experiencing a variety of common life challenges and mental health concerns, including loss, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, bereavement, and related matters.
My approach involves creating a supportive environment in which individuals can identify their own solutions. This may include structured reflection, objective observations, and constructive challenge to promote greater insight into personal thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through collaboration, we examine the various aspects of your life, experiences, and expectations.
This process is designed to equip you with enhanced awareness to address future challenges and foster a deeper understanding of your core values and goals.
If you would like to book an appointment or have any other questions about my practice and how I can help you please get in touch.
