I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). This means I adhere to their ethical framework and standards of good practice.

I specialise in Grief and Bereavement counselling. A service that is directed to aid individuals who are experiencing various forms of grief, from the loss of a pet, home, or job, to losing a loved one. There is no right or wrong way to grief, so come as you are, and together we will explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace.

I have an unwavering compassion for individuals and an inherent drive to offer support as they navigate the challenging moments in their lives.

It became evident to me, through my own personal experiences that having someone by your side, comforting you through tears and fears, can make certain emotions and situations feel less overwhelming. I am driven by a strong desire to create a safe space where individuals can freely share and express their innermost feelings.

As well as running a private practice, I also work with an organisation that focuses on family members and friends of alcohol and drug dependence. This work consists of me working closely with individuals on a one-to-one basis as well as facilitating a support group monthly. I take great pride in this work. Formerly, I served as a Volunteer Counsellor for Andover Mind and Cornerstone Warminster, where I aided individuals with various prevalent mental health issues and life challenges. My role encompassed offering both extended and brief therapeutic interventions. I have experience working equally with adults of all ages. 

My background in both children and adult social care and education has played an important role in my approach and intervention choice in my practice.
